• For hygiene reasons, used or opened products cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged.

• For online returns, please ensure that the product is securely packed, and use the provided return shipping label to send it back to us.

Refund Process:

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please note, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
