NTK Beauty Refund Policy
At NTK Beauty, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may be eligible for a refund or exchange under the terms outlined below.
Your Rights
You have certain legal rights when purchasing from NTK Beauty, including:

Products supplied will be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.

Remedies are available if a product is defective.

You have the right to cancel your order within 28 days of receiving the product, even if it is not defective (see Return of Non-Faulty Goods below).
Cancellation of Orders

You can cancel your order by contacting our Customer Care Team or using our Self-Service Returns portal.

Cancellation requests should ideally be made before your order is shipped.

If your order has already been dispatched, it will be treated as a return once received.
Return Process

Notify Us: Initiate your return through our Returns Portal or contact Customer service

Prepare Your Return: Return products in their original packaging, unopened and unused, with all cellophane and tamper-proof seals intact. Include any free gifts or samples received with your order.

Ship the Item: Use a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for safe delivery. We recommend taking a photo of your package before sending.
Note: Personalized or engraved items cannot be returned.
Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Delivery charges are refunded only if the entire order is returned.

NTK Beauty reserves the right to deduct the value of any unreturned free gifts from your refund.
Refund Timelines:

UK orders: within 7–14 working days after receipt of the return

International orders: within 14–21 working days after receipt
Return of Non-Faulty Goods

You may return items within 28 days from the day after you receive them.

Items must be unopened, unused, and in re-saleable condition.

Free gifts must also be returned with the order.

NTK Beauty reserves the right to refuse refunds for products that do not meet these conditions.
Faulty or Damaged Goods

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately

Faulty products can be returned for a full refund, replacement, or repair.

We may request evidence (photos) of damage before approving your return.
Shipping Costs for Returns

Standard return shipping is your responsibility unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

If we provide a prepaid return label, the cost will be deducted from your refund if the return does not meet policy conditions.
